Authors are encouraged to submit their most recent results in areas pertaining to information theory to the Recent Results Poster Session. Please submit an abstract explaining the contributions of your work by 3 May 2021 7 May 2021 23:55 Hawaii Time via https://www.itsoc.org/isit2021-recent-results/.
Those interested in presenting their recent results must submit a one-page abstract (up to 2500 characters) in addition to the title, authors, their affiliation and contact emails. There are no particular requirements for formatting the abstract. Submissions should emphasize the novelty of the work and the freshness of the results.
The organizing committee will screen and approve submissions to the Recent Results Session. The selection will be based on the relevance and timeliness of the results. Please note that submissions to the Recent Results Session will not undergo a formal peer-review process and will not appear in the published proceedings.
Presenters of accepted posters are required to prepare and submit
The poster and the short video will be available for preview on the conference virtual platform at the start of the conference. At least one author of an accepted poster should register for attendance and be available to present their work and participate in the live Q&A discussions in Zoom-based breakout rooms.
It is anticipated that the recent result sessions will be scheduled during the early morning or early afternoon sessions of the conference program (Melbourne time, GMT+10) during the first week.
