Paper Submission

Paper Registration Policy

  1. Each paper incurs a presentation fee and at least one author of the paper must register as an attendee.
  2. Papers that are not presented at ISIT 2021 by an author will not be published either in the proceedings or in IEEE Xplore, unless the TPC chairs grant explicit permission for a substitute presenter in advance of the event who is qualified to present the paper and to answer questions.
  3. The materials in the paper must not have been published or submitted for possible publication in conference proceedings elsewhere, or have been published or accepted for publication as part of a journal paper, at the time of submission.

The ISIT 2021 symposium will be a virtual event. Read more about the virtual ISIT 2021.

Authors are encouraged to use LaTeX to format manuscripts. You can use the ISIT 2021 Templates.

Manuscripts should not exceed 5 pages in length plus an optional extra page containing references only. Manuscripts should use font size no smaller than 10 points, and have reasonable margins on all the 4 sides of the text. Papers should have no page numbers and no headers or footers. The top and bottom margins should be at least 0.5 inches to leave room for page numbers. All fonts should be embedded in the pdf file.

Authors are encouraged to submit previously unpublished contributions in any area related to information theory. Please note the paper registration policy in the sidebar.

Remember to NOT include any statement within the manuscript that refers to the 2021 IEEE Jack Keil Wolf ISIT Student Paper Award!
